'Thank you for an excellent morning – it was very good and I very much enjoyed every part of it.'

Our annual Agrilaw seminar will be taking place on Wednesday 5 February 2020 at the Winchester Guildhall.

Actors will once again set the scene for the insightful legal talks on rural property and business matters given by the Wilsons team. The scenario for this year is based on the issues that can arise when a farming partner gets divorced. Farming and rural businesses often have diverse businesses with complex structures and ownerships. Families sometimes fall out, both within generations and intergenerationally.

Divorce is one of the many risks faced by our clients, and we are covering it in this seminar so that you can consider whether your clients have appropriate risk strategies in place.

During the seminar the Wilsons Team will look at the situation from the perspective of the non-divorcing partner and will discuss how they can protect their interests by considering the consequences of a divorce on the wider business.
