Autumn Property Seminar: Agricultural and property matters

The final instalment of our Autumn Property Seminar programme will take place on 3 December 2019 and will concentrate on agricultural and property matters.  Short presentations will be given by Helen Lello, Tim Olliff-Lee and Peter Bourke. 

Amongst other things we will highlight key issues in a number of cases including Case D problems, who owns chattels and animals, occupiers rights and set off claims against rent due.  It promises to be an interesting presentation.

This is aimed at anyone who works or is involved in property (including owners, occupiers, investors, agents and professionals)

Following the talk there will be drinks and nibbles and the opportunity to discuss issues with the team and to exchange "war stories".
