Autumn Property Seminar: Negotiations

The rain is lashing down, the nights are drawing in, and you may even have turned the heating on. It can only mean one thing. The WAPS* are back! Over the coming months, Wilsons' property specialists will be running the Wilsons Autumn Property Seminars. 

The first will take place on 5 November 2019 and in a nod to the current Brexit state of affairs it will have a dispute settlement theme. Specifically we will be looking at the "without prejudice" rule and what "subject to contract" means.

This is aimed at anyone involved in negotiations including property agents, landlords and tenants.

Following the talk there will be drinks and nibbles and the opportunity to discuss issues with the team and to exchange "war stories".
