The next Property Litigation Seminar will take place on Tuesday 28 March, where we will be discussing if your access rights are secure, easements and a review of a recent Stamp Duty Land Tax case. 

There will be 3 short presentations:

  • Are your access rights secure – Sabrina Price will review a recent case; and
  • Gina Salt will remind you of the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act ; and
  • Peter Bourke will highlight a recent SDLT and mixed use case

It should be of interest to any professional working in the property sector.

Following the talk there will be drinks and nibbles and the opportunity to discuss issues with the team.
