The Chalke History Festival, renowned as the UK's biggest and best history festival, enchanted and educated visitors from 24 June to 30 June 2024. Nestled within the breathtaking 70 acres of Broad Chalke, near Salisbury, Wiltshire, this week-long celebration provided an immersive journey through time with a blend of stimulating talks, interactive panels, and captivating performances.

This year's festival hosted over 150 talks delivered by some of the most esteemed experts in the field, covering an expansive range of historical topics from ancient eras to modern times. Notable speakers included The Grand Tour's James May, comedian Al Murray, and presenter Michael Palin, among many others. Wilsons proudly sponsored two major talks, supporting the insightful sessions by Robert Peston and Fred Casella, as well as James Holland and Al Murray. It was a privilege to once again entertain our guests at this excellent event.
