Big jump in people handing over legal powers (FT 20 April 2019)

Alison Morris has been featured in the Financial Times commenting on the increase in the number of people handing over to family members the power to take financial and health-related decisions.

In the article, published on 20 April 2019, Alison says "more people should be putting LPAs in place earlier in life, just like a will. LPAs act as an insurance policy because it is not just the elderly who lose decision-making capacity. It can happen to anyone at any age".
