Partner, Sarah Bull, is featured in an article publish by People Magazine this week, commenting on discrimination and redundancy in the workplace.
The London Central Tribunal has ruled that Marks and Spencer dismissed and discriminated against an employee when she was made redundant based on her ability to communicate and express her thoughts in emails.
Sarah comments: "companies should always bear in mind the duty to make reasonable adjustments in all aspects of the employment life cycle”.
