Entrust Datacard Corporation acquire Trustis Limited

Wilsons' Corporate Commercial team has acted for Entrust Datacard Corporation, a global provider of trusted identity and secure transaction technology headquartered in Minneapolis, USA, with the acquisition of Trustis Limited, a leading UK provider of trust and cyber security services based in Berkshire, UK, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition further establishes Entrust Datacard as a leader of security solutions and allows the company to expand its localised presence in Europe.

The Wilsons' team included Partners Philip Stephenson, Stephen Whitmore and Jonathan Stephens.
