Wilsons is delighted to be featured in 'The Times: Best Law Firms 2019' and to receive the award for 'Out-of-London Law Firm of the Year' at the Chambers HNW Awards. What a fantastic way to end the year!

This October, Wilsons was featured in The Times: Best Law Firms 2019.

The list comprises 200 law firms that have been chosen through an extensive market research report run by Statista. The list is a new guide produced by The Times based on over 20,000 acting professionals' view of their competitors. The list is peer-selected and based simply on the question: "Other than your own firm, which practice would you instruct in a specific area of work?"

Wilsons have been recommended for charities, inheritance & succession (private client).

“We are delighted to be rated as one of the best law firms and value this endorsement by our peers. It certainly reflects the blend of expertise, creativity and user-friendliness which is the hallmark of Wilsons.” - Mike Parker, Managing Partner

Wilsons are proud to be named 'Out-of-London Firm of the Year' at the Chambers High Net Worth Awards.

The award reflects the extensive research carried out by Chambers and Partners in compiling the HNW Guide.

"Wilsons' private client department handles excellent work, building out from its traditional strength in landed estates, charities and agriculture work with more international matters for ultra-high net worth clients and family offices. The firm's contentious trusts and estates practice was especially praised this year for James Aspden's work on the Ilott case. It is “simply one of the best private wealth disputes firms outside London,” said a top Chancery barrister, adding that “they are great outfit.” – Chambers & Partners

The inaugural Chambers HNW Awards are a celebration of the leading firms and individuals within the legal High Net Worth industry.

"This is a great result and recognises our significant strength in a wide range of private client work." - Mike Parker, Managing Partner
