New equity partners

We are delighted to report that this month Jon Ashbridge, Tim Fullerlove and Rupert Wilkinson have been promoted to become equity partners and have joined the LLP as new members.  

Jon specialises in real estate and commercial matters. He advises individuals and businesses on finance and security arrangements as well as on the acquisition, structuring, development and disposal of prime and country properties. He has a particular interest in investment into land based rural business and its diversification.  

Tim is a member of the Tax & Trusts team and advises UK-based and international individuals on the management of their wealth and personal affairs, with a particular focus on tax and estate planning. He also specialises in advising on tax issues arising in litigation cases, particularly trust and estates disputes.  

Rupert is a fellow member of the Tax & Trusts team. His work is mainly about planning with trusts and wills with an emphasis on the tax effects of different options. Part of his practice has a foreign dimension, whether it's acting for UK-based clients who own assets outside the UK, international clients with UK assets, or, in some cases, international clients with trusts but no personal connection to the UK.
