The introduction of the Resolution Together (RT) model, which allows lawyers to jointly advise couples through divorce or separation, has stirred up questions and necessitated a shift in approach. While it's a deviation from traditional training, it is important to keep up with social trends and evolving client expectations.
Lisa writes: "Clients have the option to file a joint divorce application, we’re now comfortable with this, and so why do we have so much fear as family lawyers about clients jointly instructing us to resolve everything else this way?"
