Two out of five couples divorce via the internet (The Sunday Telegraph 3 November 2019)

Jacqueline Fitzgerald has recently been featured in The Sunday Telegraph commenting on family court data showing that two out of five couples now divorce via the internet.

"Many divorcing couples are already using online divorce applications but they mustn't be fooled into thinking that will make the divorce process a quick one" began Jacqueline. She went on to explain how the volume of divorce applications had created a bottleneck in the court system, adding "Without more funding for resources, it is unlikely this will improve."
