Wilsons' Corporate and Commercial Property teams advises Greensleeves Care on acquisition of Broadacres care home

Wilsons' Corporate and Commercial Property teams have advised longstanding client Greensleeves Care on its strategic acquisition of Broadacres, an award-winning residential care home in Barton Turf, Norfolk.

Greensleeves Care is a leading UK not-for-profit care home organisation which has been named in the Top 20 care home groups in the UK for six consecutive years.

The multi-disciplinary Wilsons team was led by Corporate partner Mark Cook and Commercial Property partner Dominic Ogden, with support from other specialists from across the firm's Corporate, Commercial Property, Employment and Corporate Tax teams. The firm worked alongside Azets on the transaction.
