Wilsons elect new Senior Partner

Wilsons are pleased to announce the appointment of a new Senior Partner at the firm. Frances Mayne will take up the role on 1 March 2016 and will hold office for four years.

Frances says of the appointment:

"It is a huge privilege to be elected as Senior Partner. I am looking forward to assisting with the continued development and growth of the firm for the benefit of our clients and staff."

Frances joined the firm in 1986 and qualified as a legal executive in 1995 before going on to become head of the Probate team in 1998. It was 10 years later that Frances continued her successful career, after qualifying as a solicitor, by becoming a partner at Wilsons.

"Frances' new role is a fitting tribute to the dedication that she has to Wilsons and the appointment is ground breaking in at least two respects. Frances is certainly our first female Senior Partner and we think she is also our youngest.
