Abby Wild

Abby is an Associate in our Corporate & Commercial department. She completed an LLM with the University of Law and began her training contract with Wilsons, qualifying in 2018.  

Abby acts for a variety of clients such as owner managed businesses, SMEs, family businesses and partnerships.  

She assists with a wide range of transactions including shareholder agreements, investments, business sales, private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and commercial contracts.
