Anita is a solicitor in our Property & Commercial Litigation team. She trained with a firm in Dorset and qualified as a solicitor in March 2022 before joining Wilsons in December 2022.
Anita specialises in a wide range of different property disputes relating to agricultural, commercial and residential property. Her work covers a broad spectrum of legal issues including possession claims, tenancy disputes, forfeiture claims and disputes relating to easements, covenants, and boundaries. Additionally, Anita undertakes residential leasehold enfranchisement claims and lease extensions, and handles disputes relating to service charge and the right to manage.
In her free time, Anita enjoys running, travelling, and exploring the outdoors with her dog.
