Annie is a Senior Associate in our Property team.
Annie acts for landowners in all matters relating to agricultural and rural land, with a particular emphasis on biodiversity net gain projects and strategic land including residential development sites and solar farms.
Annie also deals with sales, purchases and leases, from small fields to large mixed-use estates involving farmland, woodland, residential and commercial elements.
Annie is a regular contributor to magazines such as Energy Now, Eurochoices and Farming Contractor & Large Scale Farmer.
Recent Work
- Acting for landowner clients who are establishing biodiversity net gain sites on their land, with a variety of structures involving leases, management agreements, section 106 agreements and promotion agreements.
- Advising on the grant of options for leases of solar farms and battery storage facilities.
- Assisting clients with option and promotion agreements for large scale residential development sites with national housebuilders, often including overage agreements.
