Harvey Agland

Harvey joined the Probate team as a paralegal in April 2024, having recently graduated with a First in History with advanced studies in politics and moral philosophy.

Harvey assists with all aspects of estate administration from obtaining valuations for IHT purposes, to liaising with various government departments, through to document drafting. Harvey has found a particular interest in the administration of estates with foreign assets and property, wherein the path to obtaining a grant often faces unique challenges.

Outside of work, Harvey enjoys photography, film, and attending the occasional concert at the Barbican. He also undertakes weekly Mandarin lessons at the University of Southampton.
