Having trained and worked in London, Helen has been with Wilsons for the last 17 years.
Helen specialises in rural property and agricultural land and looks after landowners and farmers, assisting them with a wide range of property-related matters, including commercial, agricultural and residential transactions. Aside from the usual sales, purchases and leases she also deals with overage agreements, easements, licences, fishing rights (and other profits a prendre) and releases or variations of rights and covenants.
