Jessica is an Associate in our Mental Capacity team. She studied law at the University of Portsmouth and later completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford while working at a large regional firm in Hampshire.
Jessica qualified as a solicitor in March 2019 specialising in mental capacity work, wills and estate administration.
Jessica joined Wilsons in December 2021 from a local Panel Deputy appointed firm bringing with her several years’ experience in dealing with applications to the Court of Protection, lasting powers of attorney and managing complex and contentious deputyship and attorney matters. Jessica regularly advises with both lay and professional attorneys and deputies and particularly enjoys working with clients and their families to help achieve positive outcomes.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys travelling, trying new things and spending time with her friends, family and very mischievous dog.
