Mark is a partner in our Corporate & Commercial team. Prior to joining Wilsons Mark was a senior associate at law firm Burges Salmon which he joined in 2010 on qualification. He became a partner at Wilsons in May 2020.
Mark's work includes private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations, investments and fundraisings, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, LLP and partnership arrangements and company and contract law issues. He has experience of AIM and main market listing and fundraising work and has advised on all aspects of the public company regulatory framework. Mark has worked on a number of cross-border transaction and has extensive experience in a range of sectors including food & drink, health and social care, manufacturing, technology and consumer goods.

In his spare time Mark tries to keep fit and enjoys cycling, skiing and playing tennis.
