Rachel joined the Employment team in June 2022. She originally trained and qualified as a Solicitor in Salisbury in 2003. She is no longer a practising solicitor, having transferred her knowledge and skills in Employment Law to specialise as an HR Consultant for over 12 years. She takes a hands-on approach to working with charities and businesses to provide pragmatic advice and support in a wide range of HR disciplines.
Rachel has developed particular experience in organisational design and structural reorganisation, employee relations and workplace investigations, policy development and workforce consultation.
