Rosa joined Wilsons in March 2024 as a Solicitor in our Family team. She advises in all areas of private family law, including financial disputes and complex children cases.
She understands how important it is to listen to her clients so she can provide tailored advice, to resolve their matters as quickly and efficiently as possible. She understands how stressful family law issues can be and approaches every task with empathy to her client's unique circumstances. Rosa enjoys helping client's through voluntary, out of court processes such as mediation and arbitration, but also feels confident navigating matters through the court process.
Rosa attended Durham University before completing her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP University in London. She previously worked at Bross Bennett Solicitors in North London, where she joined as a paralegal, before completing her training contract and qualifying as a Solicitor in March 2023. Rosa also has experience of volunteering at the Queen Mary Law Clinic, supporting clients who are victims of domestic abuse or with mental health issues.
Rosa is a member of Resolution. Resolution members are committed to a code of practice that promotes a constructive approach to family issues and disputes.
In her spare time, Rosa enjoys cooking for friends and family, and playing netball for her team, Benny and the Nets.
