Sabrina is an Associate in our Property team.
Sabrina graduated from the University of Reading in 2012 and went on to achieve a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course from the College of Law (now University of Law) in London in 2013. Sabrina gained four years' experience working as a paralegal at a litigation firm before starting her training contract at Wilsons and qualifying as a solicitor in September 2019.
Sabrina works on a broad range of property transactions in the agricultural, commercial and residential sectors. Sabrina acts for a wide variety of landowners including landed estates, charities and private individuals. Much of her work involves the sale and purchase of residential and agricultural property (which includes advising in relation to overage agreements), deeds of easement, telecommunication leases, grazing agreements and other types of residential tenancy and commercial agreements. Sabrina has also advised in relation to option agreements for the sale of land or for use of the land as a solar farm and s 106 agreements.
