Tanya Dhillon

Tanya has a wealth of experience in all aspects of family law, from financial remedies and private children work to the negotiation of pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements.  Tanya has particular experience in matters with complex jurisdictional elements, from assets held overseas to the relocation of separated families to foreign countries.  She also has substantial experience in assisting parties in achieving financial remedies in the UK following an overseas divorce.

Tanya has a compassionate approach with clients and will endeavour to achieve a family-focused outcome for them, however she also has significant experience in the courts in achieving a successful outcome when the need arises.
