  • Resolution Together - We have recently launched our Resolution Together practice / We will be soon launching our Resolution Together practice which gives couples an opportunity to divorce amicably with just one lawyer.
  • Arbitration - Alternative dispute resolution, including Arbitration and Mediation offers a more collaborative and amicable option. The process is always conducted in private, which cannot be guaranteed in the court process, and is invariably much quicker. Using our extensive experience, we are able to recommend specialist trained Mediators and Arbitrators, and we will support you through whatever option you choose.
  • Litigation - When family court proceedings offer the only solution, we will support you with discretion and sensitivity, with a commitment to ethical, robust litigation.  Our family lawyers have an excellent track record in court, having been involved in reported cases, at the forefront of family law.

We work closely with our colleagues elsewhere in Wilsons to ensure your divorce or dissolution is future-proof.
